RoboReception developed a digital solution for front of house dental practices which maximise lead tracking and conversions from multiple channels. This was driven by their in-depth knowledge of the field and ambition to make things better

Our team was given the task to create a SaaS product that was scalable, designed to be user friendly for all level of computer proficiency, easy to onboard new clients and a data structure that served dental practices

Lead management:
Create a simple, easy to use system that helps dental practices to manage and convert enquiries to patients

Practice reporting:
Provide practice managers with overall performance at a glance and download or automate full report pdfs

Email workflows:
Create an email workflow and template builder to be activated on leads and send automated emails
